The patient entrance is now on the west side of the clinic. When you arrive for your appointment, please stay in your car and check in by calling 232-6033. A nurse will call you back to let you know when it is time to come into the building for your appointment. If you do not have a vehicle, call 232-6033 and staff will welcome you in so you do not have to wait outside.
